Why “Op Shopping” Trumps Shopping:

Op shops are 1 millions times more fun than normal shops because:

a) Everything is pretty much 99% off the original price.

b) You find and buy things you wouldn’t normally buy, just because they’re cheap AND you end up loving them!

c) You can muck about and try silly things on. There are no pretty sales girl to impress and the old lady at the counter definitely doesn’t mind.

d) Their stock never goes out of fashion.

e) You can find clothes, bags, shoes, cds, kitchen ware, books and jewellery all in the one shop.

f) There are new and exciting things every time you visit.

g) You can visit as often as you like and wear clothes you bought from there. No on will remember anyway.

h) You can buy 20 things for the price of one thing at the normal shop.

i) Oh and all the money goes to charity- that’s gotta be a good thing!

j) Knowing you’re doing something good for the community gives you a shot of endorphins.
